Thank you for contributing to Ruawai Adaptive Pathways, our community adaptation planning process for the Ruawai area. Kaipara District Council is working with the Ruawai community to co-develop a plan to adapt to sea level rise and increasing coastal hazards and flooding.

The Ruawai Community Panel is leading the conversation and will make recommendations to Council on adaptation on behalf of the community they represent.

Local knowledge is critical to this process.

We're asking you to participate in this survey to help the panel:

• determine the community's objectives for the plan
• understand the community's tolerance to the impact of sea level rise and flooding. 

We want to know what things you value most about Ruawai and what impacts or situations are unacceptable.
